The HHL Care Platform

Care should not disappear once a caregiver enters the home.

The HHL Care Platform gives families, care coordinators, and clinical supervisors better visibility into what is happening each day. Through structured care logs, vitals tracking, medication reminders, shift notes, family updates, and AI-assisted risk flags, our platform helps make home care more accountable, coordinated, and transparent.

Structured Care Logs

Every shift produces a documented care record, reviewed by our clinical lead before being shared with the family.

Vitals Tracking

Regular observation of key health indicators, flagged for clinical review when trends fall outside expected ranges.

Medication Reminders

Caregivers are guided through medication schedules with documented confirmation and compliance tracking.

Family Updates

Families receive structured daily or shift-end updates through a named care coordinator, not an anonymous call centre.

Clinical Oversight

Every care plan is actively supervised by our Registered Nurse Clinical Lead, who reviews records and escalates concerns.

AI-Assisted Risk Flags

Our AI-assisted tools surface patterns and potential concerns for human review. All clinical decisions remain with qualified professionals.

Transparency at the Core

Care you can see, not just hope for.

For many families, the hardest part of home care is not only finding a caregiver. It is knowing whether the right care is actually happening every day.

Home Health Limited is building a more transparent model of home healthcare. Our care process combines trained caregivers, clinical supervision, structured care notes, family updates, and AI-assisted monitoring to help families stay informed and confident.

Whether you live in Lagos, Abuja, London, Houston, Toronto, or anywhere in the world, our goal is simple: make your loved one's care visible, accountable, and professionally managed.

AI-Assisted Care Intelligence

Smarter coordination. Not automated care.

HHL uses AI-assisted care intelligence to support better coordination, not to replace human care. Our tools are designed to help organize care information, identify trends, and flag potential concerns for review by care coordinators and clinical supervisors.

Missed medication reminders

Unusual vitals trends

Repeated complaints or symptoms

Mobility decline patterns

Appetite or hydration concerns

Missed caregiver check-ins

Caregiver performance patterns

Family concern escalation triggers

Important: AI does not replace doctors, nurses, or clinical judgment. HHL uses AI-assisted tools to organize information, identify patterns, and surface possible risks for human review. All alerts are reviewed by care coordinators and clinical supervisors. Clinical decisions remain with qualified professionals.

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers for the questions families ask first

Clear information about start times, caregiver vetting, service areas, and how our team works with your existing medical support.

How quickly can care start?

We aim to complete your home assessment within 24 to 48 hours of your first enquiry. Once a care plan is agreed and your caregiver is matched, care typically begins within 48 hours. For urgent situations, call us directly and we will prioritise you.

How are caregivers vetted?

Every caregiver goes through identity and guarantor verification, a full background check, a clinical skills assessment, and empathy-led care training. Only those who pass all stages are placed with families. Our registered nurses hold valid NMCN licensure.

What if the caregiver is not the right fit?

Let us know and we will arrange a replacement promptly. Your family's comfort and trust come first, and we take all feedback seriously.

Do you work with our existing doctors?

Yes. We coordinate with your physician, physiotherapist, or specialist to keep home care aligned with your broader medical plan. We extend clinical care into your home, not replace it.

What areas of Nigeria do you serve?

We currently cover all parts of Lagos and are expanding through Nigeria soon. Our traffic-aware scheduling ensures caregivers are matched to your zone. Not sure if we reach you? Call us and we will confirm.

How is pricing structured?

Pricing depends on care type, shift schedule (drop-in, 12-hour, or 24/7 live-in), clinical complexity, and location. We provide a tailored quote after a free home assessment. No hidden fees.

Can I manage care for a parent from abroad?

Yes. Many of our families are based outside Nigeria. We handle everything on the ground, including the home assessment, caregiver matching, and ongoing coordination. You receive structured updates so you always know what is happening, without needing to be present.

How will I know what happened during each shift?

After every shift, your caregiver completes a care note covering tasks completed, medication reminders, vitals where applicable, and any observations. On Enhanced Care and above, these are reviewed by a care coordinator and shared with designated family members.

What happens in an emergency?

Our caregivers are trained in emergency protocols. If a concern arises, it is documented, escalated to the care coordinator, and where clinically necessary, the RN Clinical Lead is notified. The family is informed promptly. We support coordination with your doctor or hospital as needed.

Are your caregivers trained for specific conditions?

Yes. Our caregivers are trained in elderly care, post-surgical recovery, chronic condition support, mobility assistance, and dementia care. Where a registered nurse is needed, we match one with relevant clinical experience. We discuss your loved one's specific needs during the home assessment.

What does the AI do, and who makes care decisions?

AI-assisted tools are used to help identify patterns in care data, such as changes in vitals trends, missed medications, or shifts in daily notes, and to surface these for human review. AI does not make care decisions, diagnose conditions, or replace clinical judgment. All alerts are reviewed by care coordinators and our RN Clinical Lead. Clinical decisions remain with qualified professionals at all times.

Is my family's information kept confidential?

Yes. Access to care records, vitals data, and family communications is restricted to authorised family members, care coordinators, and clinical supervisors. We do not share personal or health information with third parties without explicit consent. Family members can control who has access to their loved one's records.

Is there a minimum engagement period?

We discuss engagement terms during the care assessment. Some care situations, such as short-term post-surgical recovery, are suitable for shorter arrangements. For ongoing elderly care, we recommend a minimum period that allows time for proper matching and care continuity. We are transparent about this from the start.

Can care intensity increase or decrease over time?

Yes. Care plans are reviewed regularly and can be adjusted based on your loved one's changing needs. A patient recovering from surgery may need intensive care initially and shift to lighter daily support over time. We accommodate these changes as part of our ongoing relationship with your family.

Your Privacy

HHL handles sensitive health and family information responsibly. Care records, vitals data, and family communications are restricted to authorised individuals only. We do not share personal or health information with third parties without consent. Families retain control over who can access their loved one's records. If you have a specific question about how we handle your data, please contact us directly.
